Last new year’s eve, as the clock struck midnight, we just about made it overground out of the tube station beside the Ritz, then a sprint to the Embankment to catch the very end of the fireworks at the London Eye. Snippet of a very funny night. London again this year. On the provisional agenda: inebriated ice skating at the natural history museum followed by merriment in Trafalgar Square....

Frozen planet highlights. Followed by Top Gear roadtrip in India (hilarious). Followed by Great Expectations. Pip seriously exceeded my expectations in the appearance category. Never thought I’d be saying this about anything Dickens related but…bom chicka wah wah. (I never even say that in real life). Good work BBC, revision still hasn’t begun!!!
